Automated call to say that there had been fraudulent activity on our bank account. Then gave 2 amounts. £250 and £1000. (or so).from Amazon. We have had 3 similar calls in the last 3 days. All from different numbers. No money has gone from our account and no bank name was given and therefore I presume that it was a scam.

I am suspicious of this phone number. The man phoning spoke good English with a strong accent and was convincing. He told me he was from AV (antiviral program) and that my recent payment of £149 had not gone through. He offered me a discount policy at £29 for the next year. Re The failed bank payment, the bank itself stopped this money and when I spoke to my bank it was decided that the £149 seemed high for an anti viral program and there was a possibility of fraud. This is a scam phone number sending fake txt messages supposedly from my child asking me to whatsapp them on a new number listed within the message, even though its been sent from 07704242830. Not the brightest of scammers!

02394352782 called 25 Apr 23 at 14:34 hrs, caller did not leave message. 02394352784 called 26 Apr 23 at 08:32 hrs. called wanted to talk loft insulation, recognized voice and accent, asked her please not to call again as I am fully insulated and boarded as I was last time you called.
This company is the best thing that has happened to me they returned almost 10thousand pounds that my nepew stole with bitcoins. God bless them all
