These jokers called me today addressing me as "Mr Steven" I said where are you calling from? He said "Nationwide" I said "Really? Well then you should know that in Britain nobody is Mr first name either just use their first name or Mr with their last name". I received a call from this number to my home telephone at about 15.50hrs in the afternoon. I answered quickly as I was sat next to my telephone and could hear background sounds resembling a call centre but no-one spoke to me so I hung up. Presuably some sort of cold-call.

Got this call this a.m. Message left - sad voice saying `hello, hello . This was the first time and the first time I checked on a site such as this.

These people keep calling me but when i speak they do not seem to hear me. I ve now got caller ID and will not answer them again. They are ringing at least twice every day but i think the delay means that they are not in this country. Really really annoying. I am planning to call Pet Plans head office on Monday and complain.
