SUSPECTED SCAM - My phone didn’t display ‘suspected spam’ message and on this occasion, I answered it, heard first few seconds of a recorded message: claiming to be Mastercard Security department. Hung up & blocked number.

Called @ 9.35. Didn't recognise the number so didn't pick up. Apparent London code, but have been getting a stack of scamming calls from Indian call centres over the last few days, so probably yet another attempt to relieve me of my money. Complete wastes of oxygen these people.

The agents that call you have all received training of a higher standard than BT agents as they wish to protect their contracts and we actually did genuinely want our customers to get a better deal.
