This is a company cold calling about claiming for an accident. I answered as I was expecting a call for something else, usually I ignore numbers I m not familiar with. As soon as they informed me about the accident I had (new to me!) I knew what this call was about so played along. I told them that I had indeed been in an accident and that it was on a bus full of my sports team and that we were all injured. Well, chap was only delighted.
