Was called by this number at 3PM, I missed it and it went to voicemail. The voicemail was muffled, had music playing in the background, with a woman speaking what sounded like Chinese, though it was hard to tell because the audio quality wasn't very good. Received a text on my mobile saying that my Paypal account has been blocked. There was a link to follow to unblock it. DO NOT CLICK ON THE LINK. Check up with Paypal on another device, through normal channels. I did this on my laptop and it was not sent by them. THIS IS A SCAM DO NOT RESPOND.
