Have been calling for approx 18 mnths, first started calling 4/5 times a day, dropped to once a week until eventually once a month or so. Very persistant, been calling for over 18 months.

Been called a couple of times from this number claiming I have money owed to me from a third party in my last crash. There was no third party involved, only myself, yet they keep on ringing and telling me this (presumably they want my bank details). When I explain that they are totally in the wrong and there is no money owed to me they have become VERY RUDE. Have been trying this number for two days and there is no response whatsoever. It seems impossible to speak to a person at Hermes...I’ve done the live chat, the question response on their website but nothing. My parcel arrived at the depot and hasn’t been heard of since.

University of Reading number, being used to call former graduates, partly for surveys on what they now do, but also to look at fundraising for future projects at the University. So have marked as telemarketer as the main reason for calling me was to ask me to support graduates with a regular monthly contribution.

Said that they were a tech firm, going to help me get rid of junk files, told me to press this key and that key, let them go on for a bit then told tham that my other half works...
