SCAM supposedly call from BT internet. Going to disconnect my line. When I asked what details they had on me, they hung up!
one with an Indian accent and I told him or her (couldn't tell from voice) to remove my number from the calling list. They hung up. Shortly afterwards, I looked up Cambridge Joining Technology Ltd, which turns out to be a real company, and called the mobile number on its website and warned the man that his company name is being used. He didn't recognise the number.
Called me few minutes ago, never answered. I'm sure it's spam...

Received call from busy overseas call centre claiming to be BT. When I pointed out that yesterdays call was reported as a fraud to the police she hung up. Yesterdays call exactly same script but from 01724956685 they are hacking into or falsely generating a UK number. It is the role of BT to put a stop to this nonsense?
