Strange - holidays I have never heard of and links I do not understand. As the appear to be cold callers I suspect a scam.

Called asking for non-executive Director by name - "it s Johnny from the surveyors at Altus" were the words he used. I walked through to our Director and used the same words. Our Director said he won t take the call as he has no ongoing business with Altus and no imminent need. Like others have said, AO.com trying to sell extra coverage for the appliance. I d seen here that s what they were doing but answered in the end as I was worried they might not deliver it if I didn t, since people had said they asked delivery details. In the end they just repeated what the website had said already regarding the delivery, and then pushed quite hard on the extra coverage, which I really didn t want - I bought from AO.com to save money, not spend extra! Optical Express - they called as I had made an inquiry online about laser eye surgery but they rang 10 times over the space of a few days, didn t leave a message or text/email to say who they were.
