A company that helps with Energy bills and over charges on the water bill. I called back in on the customer line and got through to somebody, with these scammers they give you dead numbers.

It seems these companies are only doing there targets, As the customer says yes (with OVR function) they just deduct the amount from your account Debit/Credit Card. The biggest fool part is that they are not with there words and for this they have to pay now. At this point when you want to talk again to them and call on those numbers it says number u dialed is not valid . It sucks now what to do i am really irritated. i never answer calls I cant identify but I sometimes look them up on this site. this looked like a normal number so I nearly answered but thank goodness I did not. no one needs telemarketing calls.

You can use Truecaller to block calls. You will get notification that the number tried to call but when blocked it doesn t actually ring so you are not disturbed. You can pay by setting up direct debit and then cancel so not automatically taken following year. Don t take renewal quote...go on to AA site and get quote. Will be lower than renewal. Some organisations ie NHS get discount. Be smart. Play them at their own game.
