I have just been sent a a suspicious and malicious warning message from this phone number. I have no idea who or what Company they represent.
Got a message about an apprenticeship I recently applied for, they said they "need to carry out a short the phone call" in order to progress. SCAM call from a man with Asian accent who said he was BT Openreach. I asked him if there was a problem with my BT internet. He said yes, how did I know that? I said well why else would you be phoning me? He said it's been running very slow for the last few days to which I replied that it's come to a complete stop because I don't have BT internet. I then told him to do something that I won't repeat and hung up.

This number cost £52 for 13 minutes. I can't remember why I had to call it but it's clearly dangerous!

Housing office calling about a fault you reported - the male voice was good, but it was an automatic recording. When I questioned who was calling and I knew this was a recorded voice - I was hung up on. Scam

Seemed like a scam call on WhatsApp I didn't answer.
Caller was an Indian man giving the name of James from a “health” company- have had similar calls before from different numbers so obviously a call centre, want to know details of your vaccination status, etc, then ends up with a “life cover review” and asks you to accept new life cover from them. Caller did not like fact I knew this and I immediately said I am not looking to review my life cover, he told me to “grow up” and hung up!
