I was in a different room but heard a voice coming from the phone. How can they do that? The voice had gone by the time I got to the phone and I was too far away too hear what it said, but I have now blocked it as no one I know would do that.

the number called, when I answered a recorded message advised there was suspicious activity on my account, press 1 to let the payments go through and press 2 to speak to customer service. I hung up! I recalled the number from another telephone and got through to Tesco mobile answerphone. FRAUD!

TAXES / HMRC automated call about suspicious activity near the northern welsh border and to ask for information before pursuing a lawsuit. Scam likely due to lack of human on other end.

This appeared to be from a Bank, it didnt say which alleging that there had been two suspicious transactions on my card and asking me to press a number on my phone to accept these transactions. The message was recorded.

Fraud .... attempting to be Barclays Bank ....stating I've had money taken out of my account and need to secure my bank account.....I don't have the sort of money they said was taken...I ended the call .....

Automated call to start, saying that my subscription to Amazon will auto renew at £79, and to press 1 to talk to someone about cancelling, I don't pay subscription for Amazon, I was told that it was £79 a month and that I needed to get a cancellation code and fill out a form to cancel!!! Claimed to be EE, highly doubtful, didn't know my name which EE would. Caller had very strong Indian accent, everytime I've spoken to EE they've had UK based centres, also when questioned about call origin she wasn't sure where call was routed from...very suspicious Definitely seemed very scam-like

I received a text from this number which is most likely phishing. The text was written in Swedish (I live in Sweden) and stated that I had an unpaid parking debt and provided a link - which I didn't follow. The link was "http://Inbq.link/ZYSDt8" I have no parking debts so can only presume that the link led to a site asking for my bank details.
