Our Director said he won t take the call as he has no ongoing business with Altus and no imminent need. Still being called all day long every day let answer phone take over they say if you got payed out by banks as a good will gesture they could refund the money the banks kept back from you told them all ready had ppi refunded they asked what bank s mentioned a couple but one of them they didn t deal with did not give them any other information paper work arrived with a list of all bank s and building society s for you to tick off and there in the list was the banks they didn t deal with why include they want
