Reported text to my service provider (EE) using 7726 and to the Information Commissioner s Office via their website, www.ico.gov.uk. Spoke to a pleasant person at Optical Express and they had no record of my name or number. Person was aware of the offer but could not tell me where OE had obtained my number.
