Someone me rang from this number querying credit card purchases. They did not say what card.

This number 02045716878 called for “EE network” Told them I’m with another network and not to call back. Threatened to call me everyday and they will find where I live and fuck shit up Who are these people and you can never call them back? Is this like a 111 matter?

Said they were BT, I had too many people using my IP. The account name was wrong. They said they could block them from their server, but it would be better from my PC. After my challenges they sent a text message with a verification code. It said to change my password. I did. Had one previously, real BT support said it was a scam. Assumed this identical call was too. Only the false account name was a clue, otherwise how can you tell?

Normally they call me from different Aberdeen Numbers, so now they're trying to catch me out by phoning me from Dumfries. Fraud Got a phone call from this number. I answered the call and nobody answered for about 20 seconds. Then a very thick Indian accent said "Hello, this is Jenny from BT Openreach.....". I replied "No your not...your a scammer" and hung up. I know and live in this dialing code and there are no BT Openreach offices in this area. Given the accent and that it is BT Openreach (which I don't even use) I suspect this is an Indian based scam call centre.

SCAM claiming to be giving £40 rebate due to energy price increase on behalf of my energy company. I contacted my supplier & they confirmed it was a scam call & they would not ask another company to give any rebates they would do that themselves.

Number came on a label from a company ….. J & Y Distribution, www.jaoyeh.co.uk. It is recommended to use extreme caution if purchasing from this company and read the reviews on Trustpilot

Do not trust this number - it is a scam - the company A&K Farming is a scam - do not get caught out!
