they called me saying that they are a debt advisor and they started to put all kinds of personal questions, and when you asked them where they have the phone number from, they just hung in my face!!!! what a poor service and extremely bothering!!!!
SCAM. I get two phone calls every day, and have done for a year. The number is different every time, but the organisation is the same. They appear to have a spoof number system that hides the actual number they call from.
01613544631 keeps calling from random 0161 numbers with different numbers after that code. Who knows who it is but it's often nearly everyday, so annoying!

SCAM Robocall left partial message on my answerphone saying their fraud department had noticed a suspicious charge for £800 on my Visa card for online gambling in America. An automated message claimed to be from (non specific) card provider and there were 2 suspicious charges from Amazon. It cut off before end of message but was typical phishing call.

She said it may be so long ago I had forgotten using though them. It's not too long and I know I never have or will use claim companies or cold calls. Insurance, claiming to be calling about your life insurance saying they may be able to find you a better deal for your life insurance, asks the basic questions, but wants your account number and sort code to setup a direct debit by the end. Unsure if they are a legit company or not as obviously ended the call before giving details.

These guys are chasing a debt from a credit card agency of 20 years old It was never a CCJ and therefore the 6 year rule applies I will continue to ignore them as they are obviously chancers who have bought a dept for pennies with the hope you will cough up when you are lawfully not now liable
