This number is being used by a fake "Microsoft support center", hoaxing people into giving away credit card details and/or installing malware on their computer.

Called my mobile at 0546. Line went dead when I answered.

Four calls in one day from this number. It's a computer scam. They claim to be from the maintenance department and my computer has a fault. They do not use the name Windows...

You may be a customer without knowing. I m going to buck the trend here... yes it s D&G, and they had a valid reason to call me. I m sure they probably cold-call too but for me I am a customer already.. and many of you may be too without knowing. My 2 year manufacturer s warranty was 1y manufacturer + 1y exended.. that 1y extended part was supplied by D&G. So after speaking to my local council office they have informed me that i am not in debt with council tax and they have not instructed this company to collect anything. So i guess im just gonna have to repay there kind phone calls and house visit with a police complaint. Good luck SCOTT & CO

Getting called repeatedly by this number, as soon as my answer machine cuts in they clear (i m in the TPO but as usual that makes no difference to these scammers/spammers) Why is the ICO so useless with these people)
