This telephone number appears to be from Microsoft about a security breach. Microsoft tell me that it is NOT from them, and is a scam.

Mmmm how did they know my number? why didn't I get an official letter/mmmm. No surprise really it's a fraud scam, the government doesn't text you to tell you they are giving you money,and as far as I know will never do this anyway. Why aren't they traced and shut down?

Fraud - called saying they were Vodafone. I talked to Vodafone on their online chat to verify and they confirmed that this was not them.
