Had a miss call by this number a while ago..

As with other responders, the caller tried to imply that there were changes to my domestic insurance cover but no worries, they could fix it for me. Did I have a pencil and paper ready? When I pointed out that I get daily nuisance calls so put the request in writing, the line went dead. im registered with TPS but what s the point - it makes no difference!

Multiple calls various numbers (the last number changes)no messages left. They will keep calling.

Just paid my bill over the phone.. the agent asked me at the end of the call if I would be interested in a smart meter and could i do a survey about how I had been dealt with.. Said he wanted someone called Ban Newman. No one called Ben Newman could possibly have lived here for the last 20 years, as we have and had our number for 20 years and are on TPS, so either someone has misused our number or they are lying. If they call again I shall report them to the TPS and anyone else I can find.
