UK (not sure why it comes up as Hanoi on here!) - Worldwide scam phonecall from DHL in the UK spoofing the actual DHL customer service number so it looks/sounds legit, automated Chinese voice asking you to press 9 to speak to someone regarding a parcel, then repeats the message in Chinese. A recorded voice saying it’s from HMRC and there was a case of tax fraud linked to me. If I didn’t press 1 they were issuing a warrant.
Who does this number belong to. They don't leave a message they just use a different phone each time. They are based in Cumnock, Scotland.

SCAM. An automotive caller clamming to be my Energy Supplier saying, "Your energy supplier is going to be cut off, in an hour if I do not call them back to stop this from happening". SCAM do not call them back at all, block their number and report them.
Had the same as the comment from 1 above, waste of my time running to the phone.
Had numerous calls from this number over a couple of weeks 3 today at various times have call guardian on our phone so they haven't been able to get through without our say so
