This was an automated call about a charge for Amazon Prime membership that had expired. I don't currently have an Amazon Prime membership, so this was almost certainly a scam call.

A spokesperson from BT told us, “We’ll never call a customer to tell them their router or IP address has been compromised or ask for any personal information, including bank details unexpectedly and we’ll never call from an ‘unknown’ number.

Total spam call. Could explain properly what they do. Tried to pretend I had contacted them before about investing on line but they didn't know how to say or spell my name when I asked them.

Scam caller, saying they are from Openreach doing a check as there is a report of a fault and to check my emails. I challenged her before she finished speaking as I knew it was a scam, and she hung up, but obviously would persist if a vulnerable person had answered.

This number called me today saying with an automated message that there was a fraudulent charge for a US gambling site and if I wanted to no more I was to press one. 100% SCAM DO NOT LISTEN TO THIS!!! SCAM - Claiming I ordered an iPhone 13 through Amazon, decided to play along. He requested that I put him on speaker phone so he could run through filling a form in. Asked for him to send it through email, he said I (as in myself) am not authorised for email, whatever that means. I queried again that I assume I will be notified through email, and for some reason continued to state I am not authorised. I can't believe the guy actually thought I would enter a random URL in to fill in a form, must be nuts!

Received text claiming to be about my unsuccessful Evri delivery and to follow the link to schedule a new delivery slot. Never used Evri in my life. Smart scam - everyone is busy this time of year and can perhaps forget what packages they’re waiting to be delivered.

Fake Bank transfer scam automated advising money was being transferred to Mexico

Messaged to inform me of a delivery I missed from EVRI. With a link to re-book a delivery time. I went to the official website to track my delivery, and the number on the message that the suspected scammer gave is not recognised. Also I checked my CCTV and no-one had tried to deliver anything.
