Convinced me my computer was under attack and he could fix it, which I agreed to as he had panicked me. About 10 mins into him taking over my computer I had a bad thought about it and rang my Computer techie grandson, he told me to disconnect from wifi immediately, it was a scam and he was installing malware luckily it had been stopped in time although m

+44 7486 464689 This number is a scammer - they send a text saying … “ hey mum I smashed my phone and I'm using a friends phone to msg you their phone is about to die, can you whatsapp me on 07789175547” The top number is based in Russia - the other number in the UK. Do not reply, block both numbers as they are a Russian scammer . I tried calling both numbers from a withheld number and they are both off. DO NOT ADD THEM ON WHATSAPP! DO NOT REPLY TO THEM!

Call from this number 020 7928 4189 on 22/03/2023 saying they were from my bank as two unrecognized payments were going out. As the number called is a work number there is no way it is a call from MY bank Yet another scam :-(
