Seems to be Scottish Power, according to reports on other sites.

This number called me but on calling back the number was not recognised.

This number was supposedly called at 8.05am on a Sunday morning from my TalkTalk phone. Followed almost immediately by at 4 minute call to 08444930787 (BA number) definitely not us and TalkTalk are investigating

You may be a customer without knowing. I m going to buck the trend here... yes it s D&G, and they had a valid reason to call me. I m sure they probably cold-call too but for me I am a customer already.. and many of you may be too without knowing. Potential cost trap! I also had a phone call about my computer and its "harmful viruses." I said thanks but I dont have the conscience to accept help from a cold call. I felt I was putting my privacy in danger.
