I filled in a pile of crap and they only stopped me going further this time because they cannot count and apparently I am in London...news to me. Call center Showed on phone as a local number but very strong Indian accent man stating he’s from BT about my poor internet connection.line very poor . Told him it’s fine and not needed he went quiet so I hung up .

Jason Phillips called me from this number and then sent 2 email copy letters with Financial Ombudsman Service at top right of the letters, stating a big refund for my solar PV. He asked for covering payment upfront saying it is needed to cover costs of UK Law Associates before a refund could be arranged. I had no positive proof of who he was/is and declined the payment. I am perusing this through the ombudsman who is handling the case of mis-sold pv for me.
