Frederickson are part of lowell, it says it all, had to threaten lowell with court action last month as they phoned me 5 time in a week for 5 different people, and after each call a shored me that my number would be removed from the system, on the 5th call
Had a missed call from this number. Thought it was a normal mobile so rang them back. I was then told by my mobile company I had insufficient funds to make the call. I have free minutes as a PAYG customer, but always keep a bit of credit as well just in case. I then found that calling this number had cost me money, not sure how much, but if I had had more credit I think it would have cost a lot more. My network have been very unhelpful about this!
