SCAM Message popped up on my laptop stating that it was in danger of being hacked and had been temporarily blocked. The error message suggested I called a helpline (number stated 020) said to be Microsoft Security. I rang, lady answered (Indian/pakistan accent) lots of noise in the background, she wanted me to depress the windows and the letter R key on my laptop. was evasive when I asked what would happen. 'computerised voice' claimed to be from HMRC advising I was being investigated as part of an HRMC Fraud investigation and if I didnt 'press 1' to speak to one of their investigating team a warrant would be issued for my arrest shortly. Total scam !!

Called me twice while I was on another call. When I called back just three minutes after he last called me he wanted to know who I was. He said I'd called him earlier in the day when he was in a meeting, even though I had made no outgoing calls at all that day. When I pointed this out he hung up. I believe he said he was "Henry Lane", and I have now blocked the number.
