Had a Messenger response from someone who called himself Gary then Gaz in response to Facebook Market Place advert. Further message asked me to message him on 07984645686 as his iPad was playing up. I replied that I did not have my phone and could only use Messenger. He sent 3 further messages without any problem finally saying that he would call and collect the item next Tuesday and pay cash, and what is my address. I ended the conversation there.

SCAM - Told them to take a number off the list as the person has a memory dissorder. Have called daily after that, telling it is the first time they call. Different numbers, but same person called back right after from this number. She called from RCN Investments and if that is true, that she called because the person wrote her number at THEIR webpage- then they have sold the number to several other companies, because the phone is calling several times a day after the day she register on a web-page.

I was called from this number approx. 5,00pm this evening, and answered to a recorded female message advising me that my Amazon Prime account had expired, and that a charge of £95 would be made to automatically renew it. As I do not have a Prime account, I did not listen any further to the message, which I suspect was going to advise me to press a digit on my phone, to speak to an adviser, from where details of my Bank Account would be required!! I hung up halfway through the message.

SCAM Caller claimed to be from EON Next - very poor line, started to claim that they were calling regarding an issue with our post code and wanted meter details. I refused as I'd had another similar call from different number last week - which had all the hallmarks of a scam, so I hung up then and called EON Next back to verify what was going on. They had no record of any calls being made by EON Next to my company either in reference to our post code or our meter numbers. TOTAL SCAM - HANG UP !

SCAM received a txt message saying this was the post office, who attempted to deliver a parcel, providing name and link to contact them back. I investigated the number- registered only 2 month ago in another UK city, web site identified this number as belonging to the Russian Federation.

Claims to be from a loft survey company "Acting on behalf of a local government grant" but when I asked which grant or even which property they were calling about became immediately offensive. Suspected fraud Automated call saying they are calling from Royal Mail because parcel hasn't been delivered twice as nobody was home and to press button for English or Chinese. Then the same message in Chinese. As I did not press a button, the call ended. (And I am not waiting for a parcel). I am very suspicious, as I never got a call from Royal Mail from a mobile number, they normally leave a notification behind to pick it up yourself. And why would they have the same message in Chinese as well?Fraud

This number rang my landline on both 18 and 19 August. Just rang long enough to get me near the phone, but not long enough to pick up - annoying. When I rang the number (from a safe untraceable mobile) I got the recorded message 'Number not in service' ! At best it's spam - at worst it's fraud, so I'll class it as a scam.
