total time wasters hung up when i asked for info.. call them for a laugh and put 141 infront of your dialing number. then pretned to be Chris Earle from Verastar! they get well annoyed.. made me laugh!

Pre recorded message re missold payment protection insurance. Standard woffle saying I could get up to £4000 in compensation. Press 2 to speak to an adviser, or alternatively save yourself money and put the phone down. The majority of people could deal with the banks etc themselves thus saving themselves the fees that these claim companies would charge.

DESPITE TELLING THIS FIRM I DO NOT WANT TO DO BUSINESS WITH THEM THEY CONTINUE CALLING. THEY JUST HANG UP IF I COMPLAIN ABOUT THEIR HARASSMENT. TRIED CALLING O2 TO COMPLAIN ABOUT THEM BUT WAITED 15 MINS WITH NO SIGN OF A HUMAN VOICE TO TALK TO. WILL BE TAKING MY MOBILE CONTRACT ELSEWHERE.
