Called me, but no one there. Then after I said hello for the third time she said ‘hi this is Lucy from the legal department, how can I help you?’ – I replied – you called me! She said ‘Oh, that would be one of my colleagues – you are MY NAME right?’ Her accent was Indian with an America tone so I said I think you have the wrong number. She repeated my number and again I said you have the wrong number. To which she replied ‘what-e-ver’ and hung up – so RESULT!

Told them I hadn t (I d had a minor bump a few months back but no injuries to either party, but I m not telling them that).
