Indian sounding person said his name was John called claiming to be from BT and that our internet connection could be accessed and our personal information could be compromised. he asked me to go on to my computer and he will guide me through what to do. Then i Put the phone down.

These days it is well worth having caller display on a land line - mobiles have it anyway. So for all these callers, 0845-, unavailable, withheld, etc., just lift the receiver and drop it back immediately, or, on a mobile, answer the call and immediately shut it down. This stops answerphone message.

Caller claimed to be from internet service provider about receiving error messages on the server from my wifi. Also wanted to know how many devices were connected to the intern...

Cheeky gets rang me when I answered no reply. So rang back and got recorded message. Don't know what they flogging and don't care. End of

Rang and didn t say what they were calling for just said First Call, when I said I d never heard of them they just hung up and I was unable to cal them back as if they had blocked me or something

They call throughout the week and hang up. I have reported them twice through the Which campaign against nuisance calls and texts

Irritating caller, can hardly hear them, just asking for business owner, won’t say why.
