I was just called on this number. Obviously a computerised call as there was a pause before someone with an American accent spoke. Wanted me to confirm a purchase I had made for over £3,000. I put the phone down. SCAM SCAM

Fraud - Fake "debt collecter" type call. Asking to speak to financial department about an overdue debt that is owed (completely false allegation) but had no names or contact details. When asked if anything had been sent in writing the chap with a "Georide" accent said it could only be dealt with by phone so number blocked and reported.

I believe this to be a banking scam as the automated called said they were from Bank Security - but no bank name given. They told me that a charge for £700 had been made by Amazon (I no longer have an account there) and an international charge of £2,000. I was asked to press a number to speak to security!!!

Fraud A friend of mine had money disappearing from her bank account, she's Burmese and her English isn't so good so I looked into it for her. Turns out it's a company called Florist-world.com that took 2 euro from her account then took 24 euro every 2 weeks. I finally found emails from them in her spam folder, they'd somehow managed to get hold of her debit card number and were taking 24 Euro every 2 weeks, the last email said that amount was increasing to 44 Euro. +44 7486 464689 This number is a scammer - they send a text saying … “ hey mum I smashed my phone and I'm using a friends phone to msg you their phone is about to die, can you whatsapp me on 07789175547” The top number is based in Russia - the other number in the UK. Do not reply, block both numbers as they are a Russian scammer . I tried calling both numbers from a withheld number and they are both off. DO NOT ADD THEM ON WHATSAPP! DO NOT REPLY TO THEM!
