Received call to see if I was OK for heating oil as purchased from them before. Nice salesperson and extremely helpful. Called back to place order and others were professional. Good customer service.

When I answered the phone I could hear the sounds of a call centre in the background but no one spoke to me, even when I told them that I could hear them and had noted the number down. I hung up as they were obviously not going to talk to me.

A south african lady left a message with a colleague that she needed to talk to me about a private financial matter. When I returned the call, she was unable to tell me where she got my details from as her info was incorrect. Spoke to her manager Luke Taylor who was also unable to tell me where they got my details. SCAM Has tried several times to tell me that I have no loft insulation-when asked does he know who he is calling and where and how does he know, he prattles on for 30 seconds and then must realise that he is getting nowhere. Today I just said "its you again" and he said "have a nice day" and rang off. He needs to be stopped before he does real damage!
