But the 121 message service only catches the end of the message which asks you to press now to avoid court proceedings. Caller said they were from NHS asking me to confirm some details and to ask if I was keeping an upcoming appointment. A verified NHS number (0800 678 3393) also called me yesterday with an automated machine asking me to confirm my appointment. When I said this to today's caller they said that there was a problem with their system and they needed to call again. Their tone sounded genuine. I will update this message if I find out otherwise.

I have ignored it as I am not expecting a delivery and the message did not look like other messages I have received from Evri in the past.
