Just been called by this number claiming to be from Amazon, obvious scam.

SCAM..Supposedly open reach on behalf of talktalk to confirm a connection appointment that I haven't asked for.
This number calls me every day with two or three times at about 10 minute intervals. They never leave any messages. Clearly they know that I would not wish to speak to them. They seem associated with another number 07482874785 which also calls each day with the same pattern and often one number makes its calls and is then followed 10 to 15 minutes later by the sequence from the other number.
Caller said my bank account had 2 lots of unusual activity and to press 1 to cancel the transaction. I put the phone down.

This person is an absolute nuisance and does not take no for an answer. Continuously calls my business landline. He called at least a dozen times yesterday.

I filled in a pile of crap and they only stopped me going further this time because they cannot count and apparently I am in London...news to me. Called from Citizens advice group. I questioned the male caller with a south Asian accent in some detail. He was very helpful. They were calling about debts and he asked what debts we had. I asked him where they got our number and he replied FCA ????????????. I then asked him for the person or department name as I have previously worked with FCA in the past, he didn’t give it to me. He was very polite and said he couldn’t continue. He also said they weren’t authorised in the UK!
