Text message (scam) claiming to be BPO (a real debt collection agency used by BT) on behalf of BT. Needs you to urgently text a number for a call back.

Claimed that I was owed money from a Credit Card company - I d heard enough and hung up.

I m ex directory & this clown rang from 0141 212 8500 speaking in an aggressive manner, demanding to know if I was Mr Harrison (I m not) I said, you ve rang me on an ex directory number, so you tell me your name first, & so it went on, until he got increasingly demanding and said he s track me down by another method. I told him, I d be reporting him to the Information Commissions Office for breaching the legislation with regards to unlawful access top my data - & to jog on! I v also blocked the number. He

This number is being used by a fake "Microsoft support center", hoaxing people into giving away credit card details and/or installing malware on their computer.

Telling me my sky warraanty was out of date.

They called me thgis morning. They are Marketing company and although call appears to be coming from London or Manchester they are actually in France and Belgium. Safe to answer...

You may be a customer without knowing. I m going to buck the trend here... yes it s D&G, and they had a valid reason to call me. I m sure they probably cold-call too but for me I am a customer already.. and many of you may be too without knowing. My 2 year manufacturer s warranty was 1y manufacturer + 1y exended.. that 1y extended part was supplied by D&G. Also - may be worth answering.. my exetended had run out and I had declined the postal offers to extended it further. After the 3rd postal offer

Phone pretending to be from E-on wanting to know who our new supplier was, but as E-on already know that he was clearly a scammer just fishing for information. A very aggressive foreign man who thought if he repeatedly demand information we would give it to him. Googled his number whilst he was on the line and numerous reports of him being a scammer and not E-on.
