SCAM - recorded message saying my Amazon Prime account has been used to make a large purchase and to contact them to confirm/cancel the payment. I don't have an Amazon Prime account so know they are phishing.
I received a missed call from this number today which I didn t answer. They left me a voicemail which just said for more information press 5. To opt out of these reminders press 9 I have no idea who it is so I pressed 9 and it is now on my blocked list! So annoying, they all need to be stopped
This sod rang me at about 7.30 to night. I live in Edinburgh, and I thought it was a taxi company (there is a taxi company in Edinburgh, whose number starts 0131-777), but the bloke, with a very pronounced Asian/Indian accent said that he wanted to talk to my wife to discuss her account with them. Very rude common woman (bad election lessons) evaded my requests to come to the point. Then, when I had refused to give straight answers to personal questions, turned abusive having realised I had her number (sorry for the bad joke!).
