Lady with Indian accent very polite introduced herself and said she was calling from Lifestyles. Asked about my housing, had my postcode - which I didn't like ended the call. I had previously been called by this number so suspect they're using a dialler as the first call dropped as soon as I answered it

SCAM This is a proper scam. They are pretending to be ee and they are trying to give you an update. They knew some bits about me when they called but I got suspicious when they started asking for bank details. They changed my account password and ordered an iPhone 14. I called ee straight after I spoke to them as I was suspicious. It turns out they even changed my email as I couldn’t access my account anymore!!!!!!!

SCAM. This number is definately a scam. It has a recorded message saying that £1100 has been transfererrd from my account and to press 1 if it wasn't me etc. No account bank was mentioned or account number. It is just a frightener fraud type scam.
SCAM I recognised the 01296 as a scam number and said I blocking that number, the line went dead. I blocked the number.

its a scam even if it is 118 because they sell your data at no gain to you. If its unsolicited hang up because I have never seen any unsolicited call from an unknown person being to your benefit - normally its quite the opposite.

Caller asked me if I remember the car accident I’d had? Well, unless I’m concussed and / or lost my memory as a result of it … then no, I can’t remember it due to not actually having an accident. An Asian (oriental) sounding voice speaking barely understandable pigeon English. Phone number 0151 513 7914; person on phone asks me how I am and says she is from Virgin Media. I know she is not and she knows she is not. I am having lots of calls from, apparently, Virgin Media, who says there is a scam on my Virgin Media Not even entertaining them now, just block the number
Missed call, left no vm, no msg, nothing to ID themselves, usually means something crooked these days. Don't know anyone in Manchester, would not have answered it anyway. Blocking this no. & reporting it to provider, etc., or anyone who will take note, if u do that every time for every nuisance/phishing call, it mostly stops for a while at least. Beware, stay safe.
