Based in Manchester, uses names like Peter Munrreo, Frank Maccallan. Tells you calling from Stepchange but they arent. Please report to action fraud and block numbers.

Automated caller with female voice claiming charges made to VISA account, one of around £700 and another of £900 from earlier in the day. Prompts the caller to press '1' to cancel the charges. Scammers pretending to be from Three contacting ex customers of Three for final payments. Threes payment number is 0800 033 8033 so it is close. Three send final bills by email so no need to contact anyone from an 0800 number.
