got a message from this number and what it is associated with i do not use. This is not the first time i am receiving a message statinf it is from a particular bank, i have been informed that it is a scam and it has been reported for fraud investigations.

No-one said anything. I was surprised the number wasn't withheld. When I rang back an automated system said 'Please hang up' (twice) then cut the line.

SCAM Claims to be from O2 and sends texts messages during the call requesting that you tell the caller the code that is in the message for a 40% discount. An obvious scam, reported to NCSC and O2 as it looks like they’re trying to scam users into giving O2 account passcodes which is fraud. Kept her talking long enough for her to become quite rude and call me a liar, I’m not even with O2 so not sure why they’d target me, certainly not an O2 employee anyway.

A couple of days ago I got two text messages confirming an appointment" in East Dulwich London. Needless to say I had no such appointment. I checked the address and it appeared to be a company renting out marquees. I also checked the phone numbers and thus I found this site. Now they have started ringing me but leaving no message. Either they have a wrong number, they are scammers or they are timewasters.
