Then said they had a report from the Road Traffic Management Department that some one at that post code had had a minor traffic accident. When told they were mistaken said goodbye and hung up. Have been charged for 11 calls to this number in one day and 4 calls earlier in June. I have not made these calls and have reported it to BT but they can t do anything about it until after my next bill in September.

SCAM Indian lady wanted me to give her my bank account details and dob in order to refund me £202. She said she represented Sky refund dept who had discovered they had been overcharging me for the past 12 months. I said that was odd as I am not a Sky customer. She gave her work address as 81 Newgate St, London. I pointed out that address is occupied by BT. She said Yes, BT and Sky now work together. She gave the postcode as OA4902. I pointed out there is no such postcode in UK.
