Fraud A friend of mine had money disappearing from her bank account, she's Burmese and her English isn't so good so I looked into it for her. Turns out it's a company called Florist-world.com that took 2 euro from her account then took 24 euro every 2 weeks. I finally found emails from them in her spam folder, they'd somehow managed to get hold of her debit card number and were taking 24 Euro every 2 weeks, the last email said that amount was increasing to 44 Euro. I contacted them on her behalf and asked

An Asian (oriental) sounding voice speaking barely understandable pigeon English. SCAM Variation on the number. I just took a call from 02080798023 - same thing claiming to be from O2 offering 50% discount. I told him scamming people him will catch up with him. He dropped the line. Blocked and reported.

SCAM - Given the comments from other people and the fact that I had a scam text from Sky, then the odds are this is also a scam.
