Txt message saying from British gas asking for meter reads. Not sure if it's a scam but safer to log onto your British gas account and submit your meter reads there. Normally companies like this would not use a mobile number and it would show as British gas and not the actual number

SCAM received a call from this number this morning. It was a message claiming to be from "your bank", stating that there was a withdrawal of money from my account, asking me to call back to "confirm the transaction". It's another scam, just hang up. DO NOT CALL THEM.

Colder Caller DBS - Direct Business Solutions taking advantage of the current affairs with Ukraine to try and sell utility business solutions. I said several times politely to take our number off the call list, asked to speak to the right person, I said no they wouldn't be interested and to again take the number off their list, said the managing directors name and again stated we we were not interested. This number called and used the voice record (both in English and Chinese) claiming to be NHS. Saying that they noticed an unusual use related to my NHS number and that I should press 1 for English. I didn't follow the instruction anyway.

Getting fed up with this number calling us. Obviously some sort of Asian call center using a UK phone number as a relay. Callers are abrupt and rude when asked politely for name and reason for call. Callers offering mild threats if we do not listen and hangs up after a while. Added to our black list but number keeps changing slightly.

Automated call reference an order for ear pods from Amazon saying my order was on hold as my credit card needed confirmation. Disconnected call and blocked, didn’t make an order for ear pods.

This number has rang me 4 times in 2 weeks, supposedly sky technical department, sayingmyinternet is running slow & they will help me to put it right, it’s a scam of some sort,as once I refuse to do what they want me to do, they immediately hang up
Got a call from this number (I live in Central Europe, not in UK), they said I have registered for a stock exchage (not correct) and have 6000 USD to claim.
This phone number called me and I don't know who they are but when I try to call them back it said the number didn't exist anymore now they sounded like they were Indian and for them to say the number is no longer available it's a scammer call not sure why they call me
Very odd. Lady said she was doing research on behalf of a US charity into healthcare and no personal data would be taken. Asked how she got my number and she said it was 'randomly generated' by a computer.
