I tried a few times to ring back this number as I got a missed call but without any success... why do they can call me and I can not call them back ???

Called mobile 5 times in one day. Did not answer it's a Manchester number.

Received call to see if I was OK for heating oil as purchased from them before. Nice salesperson and extremely helpful. Called back to place order and others were professional. Good customer service.

Pretend to be from your phone company. Attempt to obtain information. As soon as said not due an upgrade they hang up. Aggressive with attitude. Blocked !

I have had approx 3 calls from EE and I am almost certain I will not be renewing with them when my contracts expires later in the year. Each call has had a similar style: Poor communication skills; talked at me, did not listen or answer my questions. This scammer (from an Indian call centre by the sounds of it) keeps bombarding me with unsolicited offers of a "discomfort payment" following a car accident. Because I will have nothing to do with such fraud they keep calling me back. I am on TPS.
