I was called from an Asian, 'Mike Spencer' saying he was from the Claims Advisory Department. Said the bank owed me £4000 and his supervisor would call me tomorrow. After reading the post on here I'll be giving him abuse before he manages to give it to me. How many Asians and Indians have 'British' sounding names? None. I couldn't get the number he called from.

It s particularly annoying as they are diverted to my mobile phone from my office number .... I have the privilege of paying for the divert ! I have just called their office number and asked to be removed from all future calls / campaigns or whatever. The woman I spoke to was very pleasant (as was I) but I did warn her that I would report any further
