Man calling about a medical pendant. May have been harmless but he was very evasive when I asked where he got my phone number (we're not on any lists and don't get cold-called much). He seemed to be reading from a script and looking up the answers, as there were long gaps between my asking a question and his reply. I told him I was going to hang up and did so.

The error message suggested I called a helpline (number stated 020) said to be Microsoft Security. SPAM - called me from a broadband company in connection with Currys. I have not brought anything from Currys. Trying to get me to change broadband providers. I think he said it was Genius Broadband.
This may be a scam as the caller did not identify themself and just said my credit card has been used for 2 payments, I think £800 and £2000, and to press 1 to talk about it. I ended the call immediately.
