Scam call about computer fraud. Called me a itch when I said they were untruthful and hung up.

Automated message saying HMRC court proceedings press 1 to speak to an agent.. So I hung up. suspected fraud.
Fraud this number keeps texting me saying it is my "eldest" and they have lost their phone and need me to pay for this new phone. However, when I ask them their name, they just say "eldest". I dont actually have children, so this must be a fraud act.
Didn't answer, no message left so probably another scam number!
