I am currently getting 4-5 calls a day from this number and they are driving me insane! They are calling really early in the mornings and at weekend too. I m disabled so don t get up and about too early and these "people" regularly wake me up or sometimes I can t get to phone quick enough so they ring off then I ve just got sat down again or back into bed and they ring again. I ve told them I m not a homeowner or eligible for the grant but they just keep on ringing.........

Scam, they pretend to be from Amazon and say they're confirming receipt of credit card payment for iphone. They then ask you to press 1 to speak to someone if you haven't made this payment. Just ignore the call, they're trying to get your card details so they can actually take money from you.

They informed me that they now offer a free service to Unite members like myself where they will compare all of the different life insurance quotes that are available to me. I think they last called me around 2 years ago and are always very respectful. In a roundabout way, they are trying to sell a service, but at no point pressured me into buying anything. Safe number: this is the number used by Apple is you ask for a phone call to verify your Apple account. It's actually in Texas in the US, and not Liverpool - it's a quirk of formatting. I know because I've just been through the system and dialled the number back to confirm.
