Had a call about a minor road accident I supposedly was involved in. I said "MINOR, IT WAS A FATALITY, I ACTUALY DIED IN THAT ONE ".....they rang off without offering condolences ......very rude.

Phone pretending to be from E-on wanting to know who our new supplier was, but as E-on already know that he was clearly a scammer just fishing for information. A very aggressive foreign man who thought if he repeatedly demand information we would give it to him. caller said they were from BT Open reach and said they had noticed a problem with our computer. I said thats interesting. She said can you turn on your computer I replied do you think I am f****** mad to which she replied yes. I said so go f **** off this number is not to be trusted do not do anything you are asked and warn elderly and vulnerable not to turn on anything.
