Scam call claiming to be from 3 mobile network providing promotional offer. When I asked further questions of my details, she hung up.

All I had to do was download anydesk.com. No thanks. This is how scammers connect to your computer, take control of it and steal your money. They offered me a 40% discount on my EE bill. I checked with EE and its a scam, nothing to do with EE. They ask some personal questions (which i refused to answer) then send a generic email, Subject 'EE Upgradation' (im not even sure that's a word, is it) saying Welcome to EE, etc, etc. I hung up and suggest you do the same.
