Received three calls this morning. First, claiming to be from BT calling about my internet service. Second, silence when I answer. Third, claiming to be from TalkTalk and claiming that my internet will be shut down in 24 hours and my internet has been hacked by foreigners. I requested their full name and received no answer. I ended the call.
Claimed to be from carphone warehouse offering an upgrade for phone; i didn't believe them as never purchased anything from carphone warehouse. Was an Indian call center; possibly some sort of scam?

They call saying there was an arrest guarrant against my name, for some tax fraud. Of course this is not true, then they put you on hold for the longest time. I finally put the phone down as I was worried I was getting hacked whilst on the line.

Not a scam at all. It is a Vodaphone number and they offered me a tablet, initially for just over £3 a week which immediately dropped to £10 per month when I declined. I still said no, but caller was polite and not aggressive or persistent. If they keep calling I ll revise this rating.

Number has called 4 times in a week, they always hang up. Lots of noise in the background so clearly a call centre with nothing useful for me. I see this as harassment calling as they never bother to talk !

Called as it s a local number to me (Amesbury) I picked up as could have been a trustworthy number. No sound after repeatedly answering "Hello??" after 10 secs heard garbled nonsense and the line went dead. Tried calling back had 20 secs of silence and no ring tone.

This company have been working on recovering my ppi since 2012, on various accounts/loans/store cards. I have had no problems with them. They have settled 3 accounts for me todate and are still working on a couple. Great value for money as they do all the donky work for the fee that I paid them for.

Been having this number phone both my mobile and house phone quite a few times this week. It all stemmed from a quick survey which I answered from a call on the weekend. Furthermore when I block their number they use spoofing to call me from fake numbers. They call at least 2 times a day, every week.
