Seems to be used for some Manchester telemarketing call center - this range of numbers 016181488xx (common feature, they use more numbers of the same range) is mostly reported with O2 telemarketing, but also financial services - debts, loans. Just block it if not interested (I use the app from these pages, no problems) Folks did they call you with the same or something new?

I have had approx 3 calls from EE and I am almost certain I will not be renewing with them when my contracts expires later in the year. This number seems to be used by some call centre - I can see very similar numbers reported, all the same range just with last digits different. A common thing - telemarketing mostly uses a range of similar numbers. This one is mostly reported with PPI, insurance marketing, RTA - accident chasers, sometimes called themselves "First Call Group" - just another big call centre. Just block it or block the range, I have been using the mobile application from these pages, works fine, no problems. Blocked
